MANUFACTURER COUPON REDEMPTION SERVICES

All processing is done in the United States at our Florida headquarters, using 100% hand count when required, at no extra charge. All submissions are processed within one week or less of receipt . . . resulting in timely payment to the retailer.

DEDUCTIONS . . .

Deductions from product invoices occur rarely but do happen. Most deductions are due to retail clearinghouse error or slow pay by the manufacturer in funding their redemption activity. We resolve these issues at no extra charge.

FEES . . .

There are no surprises. the fees are inclusive and represent less than 5% of the client's couponing budget. No transaction fees, cost-of-living surcharge, fraud control surcharge or annual minimums.

REPORTING AND COMPUTER SYSTEMS . . .

In order to be cost-effective we offer two report versions:

Version #1 For those companies that require standard printed reports. It is included at our standard fee and delivered via USPS, FEDEX.

Version #1 Reports and invoices will be emailed in Excel® format on a scheduled basis.

The best computer hardware and software ensures accurate processing, proper accounting and reporting of each coupon transaction.

CONTRACT PERIOD . . .

We want to keep your business and usually ask for a minimum of one year. If you decide that couponing is not for your company or another redemption service better meets your needs, we will cancel the agreement without penalty.

TRANSITION FROM IN-HOUSE OR OTHER REDEMPTION SERVICE . . .

We have done over 500 times! We takeover as soon as the agreement is signed. The client spends less than two hours involved in the transition.
